ABOUT ME

Up until this point I've been fairly content pursuing my own intellectual goals. I am currently a full time student, but would like to capitalize on any free time over the next few years to maintain a sense of freedom and variety. I'm easy going, highly interested in different perspectives, ideas, styles, reflections, surroundings... I have an appreciation for any new information I can take in.

I have met and hosted some really neat couchsurfers and plan on meeting quite a few more.

Intereses

I love live music, especially of high energy, dancing, and meeting new people. I like to stay active and energized and spend time outdoors hiking, biking, camping, folfing, lazing about, ect... I practice yoga and try and keep an eye out for workshops that coincide with where I'm visiting. Reading is also a favored past time.

Música, películas y libros

I'd say Tom Robbins is one of my fav. authors. I also enjoy Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, Ayn Rand, I've liked what I've read by Viktor Frankl and Fyodor Dostoyevsky. I enjoy some Kurt Vonnegut, Michael Pollan, and the Dark Tower Series by Steven King. I'm also into various graphic novels top favorite being Transmetropolitan. As far as music goes I really get into ska, Reel Big Fish, Catch-22, Fishbone, The Specials and more. I also like hip hop like Jurassic 5. I enjoy Ween and other bands that compliment that genre. I like seeing music live when you can see and feel the passion and energy people have for their music. I also enjoy some Dead Kennedy's and Black Flag on occasion. It changes and I'm always open to new bands, books, or movies; although I don't watch movies very often.

I love to share information, experiences, and ideas. I would hope people could take away something positive from their experience with me. Whether it be an over abundant knowledge of astrology, a different perspective on something that had never been questioned before, a new band or book.
