ABOUT ME

I like to study a lot, taking two college courses at the same time and reading just about everything under the sun. I travel to see plays, ballets and art shows not available in my city.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying as hard as I can to be a liberal person in a society that's increasingly going paranoid over "family values" and other crap. So I think of myself as a work in process.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mostly host, because my "free" time to travel almost always comes unexpectedly, I like to have a full agenda of things to do on my own, hard to find someone else ready to share on such a busy schedule of museums by the day and theater every night, plus bookstores and the like. Really.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since January 2014 I've hosted dozens of couchsurfers, all of them amazing persons I wish I had had more time available to share.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can help with the languages I know best while trying to learn new ones. So far it's been fruitless: I don't know a single word in Hebrew or Russian, and although I can read both Italian and Spanish I can't have a conversation in these idioms.
