I am Enrica, an easy going woman with a great desire to travel!
I come from the north of Italy and I live in a little lovely village, Molveno. I really love my hometown, but sometime I feel a strong desire to pack few things in a bag and just wandering around our beautiful world! It's a strong impulse to travel and explore new places, to discover new cultures and to know new people.
So, here I am: a woman that has a lot of faith in human beings and believes in giving second chances.
Sometimes I practice yoga and meditation, but I am still a beginner and I would like to improve myself in this disciplines.
I really LOVE reading, both books and articles, and I really LOVE my books! For me it is so important to respect them and maybe this is the reason why my friends have difficulties to borrow some books from me! My sister always says that I am a book maniac!
I live in the mountains, and I have the luck to live near a big ski resort. During the winter season when I have some free time, I love to go snowboarding!
But the biggest passion of my life are horses and horse riding. I ride horses since few years, and I am a horse riding instructor. I am used to a classical horse riding, but I am very interested in the more natural one. What I love to do with horses are trekkings. It's a sort of meditation: the deep contact that you can reach with the nature that surrounds you is amazing, is something that gives you a pure energy, it's curative for the mind, the spirit and the body.
If you respect them, horses have this extraordinary capability to give you sensations and emotions that I have never experienced before.

I am really concerned about global environmental problems, sustainable energies, biological agriculture... the protection of our planet in general.
I believe in a world in which every human being is respected and free.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travelled a lot in the past years, usually using CouchSurfing and Workaway.
I dream to visit as much countries as possible, to know new people and cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did bungee jumping from Europa Bridge , 192 mt high!
