About Me

I considered myself to be a citizen of the world. I was born and raised in Italy but have lived in many different countries.
And I never have enough of traveling!
I love music, it creates a soundtrack to my life. I like Jazz, rock, electronic, and pretty much all genres provided that it's not commercial mainstream music.
I'm hungry of sharing my experiences and getting to know as many different cultures as I can.
I'm a very laid back kind of guy who easily adapts to any situation.
I'm proud to have friends scattered all around the world but I want more!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

BOOKS: (Or I'd better say authors I loved the most) George Orwell, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Tiziano Terzani, Eduardo Galeano (Las venas abiertas de America Latina), Jonathan Carroll, Leo Tolstoy.
MOVIES: I love all Kubrick's and David Lynch's movies without exception. That's my kind of cinema. I do watch a lot of documentaries too (that's also part of what I do for a living).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Staying one week in the Isla De La Luna, in the middle of 4000 meters high lake Titikaka in the Andes region between Bolivia and Peru. Living with a local tribe family in a very basic and poor environment but enjoying magic moments of inner peace and self discovery. An unforgettable experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

Share is the word. Sharing is knowledge. And to me it represents everything that I want from life

What I Can Share with Hosts

Personal experiences related to my vision of a interconnected world. Pretty decent cooking skills (I love to exchange and try new recipes from all over the world. On the other hand I can teach you how to cook one of our beloved Italian dishes)
