About Me
What's up!
I'm originally from Querétaro, Mexico although I grew up in the US. I started traveling around the US when I turned 15, doing small road trips to near by states with my high school friends. Finally at 18 I came back to Mexico on vacation for the first time in about 10 years and instantly fell in love with my so forgotten country so I decided to stay.
I'm a really easy going and open-minded person. I'm not religious at all, I mean have no problem with religion, I'm just not interested in it.
I'm down for a night out bar hoping, clubbing and dancing. I'm also down for museum and gallery hoping (yes, it's a thing lol). I guess I'm a mixed between a cultural, intellectual engineering student and a party animal. It's called duality!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I found out about the app, not son long ago, when I moved to France for my college semester abroad. I was a bit skeptical about it at first cause I had never used an app like this before. I usually stayed at hostels when I traveled, but what a better way to get to know the place you're traveling to than to hang out and spend time with a local that is also a traveler and has interests in common.
Interests
- drinking

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all music! I guess it just depends on the mood I'm on. Same with movies and books, although I do have a thing for scary movies!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to an indigenous community on the mountains in Querétaro to alphabetize people for a month as my community service project for college. I completely loved it! You truly learn that sometimes less is more and simplicity can be so satisfying.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Spanish, English and French. I actually thought English during summer school at a high school and I loved teaching it.
I'd love to learn how to play the piano and how to speak Italian.
