About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Gain more experiences living the life.

ABOUT ME
I am easy going. I really like to talk and meet new people. Currently, I am living in Madrid (Spain). In Madrid, I have participated in several activities for my community like in the local association and in bigger groups.

I studied a couple of years of mathematics, but I finally drop out because I didn't feel like it was my place, not because the career but the challenges and the way of studying, so finally decided to start (now for 3 years) my own company.

Util now, I have say many times that I wanted to meet new cultures, but never have the courage or the time to taking care of my life. Now, I have decided to give a chance, I can work in remote so lets start exploring the different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY
"Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was preparing my first trip, where I was going alone, my father told me about it. I was wondering how to meet people in the countries I can visit, not just travelers, but the real culture of each place.

I think CS can be the answer, as comparing, when I have traveled as student, I was in Canada and Ireland, in shared families paying them. But the most awesome experience was in SA, because they took me just because they wanted although later I helped in the family. And I see CS like that place where you can meet people who wants to share experiences.

Interests

I love going different places in my city, I am one of the administrators of madridfree.org, a blog about madrid and its places. I don't write because I am not a good writer, but I go with to the different places they visit. Now, I am in my way to learn to dance. By now I do my best, but I think it is no enough.

Whenever I can, I love to go to the mountain, to have a nice walk, be in the nature ( in madrid it is too pollution), and take good photos - I just take them I hate photoshop!

I am really into politics, I declare my self feminist - If you have never heard about it or you have a bad opinion I would love to talk with you about it an exchange some ideas- , but not near to political party. I like to contribute to my community and work with it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Interesting subject, I think is difficult just say any but in music I love listening ska or rock. I listen music in different languages: vasque, castilian, english, french or any.

Reading, I love science fiction like Philip K. Dick or Isaac Asimove, but also books like harry potter - from my childhood. Now I am reading: Neuromancer of William Gibson.

Movies: Um in this unit, I just can say any special. I like movies from start wars to dogville - I hate gore films with my hurt, I can't stand blood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once, when I was 16, I went to south Africa for two months. It was one of the most open mind experiences I had. I was with a really welcome family. The took me as part of the family, although I was in one of the poorest part of SA.

There I met, tatho, my sa brother. He took me to so many different places. He was awesome. Since them, I don't like to just be a tourist I like to be part of the community.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach about computers, how to develop a tiny web page, or how does it works, install linux in your machine.

I would love to share my knowledge about maths, because I think it is one of the mort understood science.

And share my experiences and opinions.
