ABOUT ME

I am a cycling addict who enjoys everything from touring to racing to wrenching and volunteering with community groups. I stayed with a friend who hosted people from couchsurfing, and she introduced me to the site and some others who use it. It is now a very useful tool in my adventures. I have used Warm showers list to host in the past, and when I have a space for travelers to crash they are certainly welcome. Otherwise I will buy you some coffee and share stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My wife and I have a small home in Wichita, KS. We moved here in Decemeber of 2011, so we are still getting to know the city. We are up for hanging out and sharing our experiences just about any time with anybody. I have traveled by bike several times in the winter and found couchsurfing hosts incredibly welcoming.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first direct couch surfing experience was with an awesome guy in Durant, OK who hosted me, and even his room mates were awesome enough to have me hang out and meet all their riding buddies.
