ABOUT ME

We are a young couple living in Fairbanks, Alaska and have spent lots of time travelling the world--New Zealand on bicycles while WWOOFing (volunteering on organic farms), study abroad trips in Finland, Cuba, Australia, incredible adventures here in Alaska, you name it! We both have studied biology and environmental science and have taught it as well--as environmental educators and high school teachers. We are passionate about preserving the earth for other species' sake as well as future generations of people. We try to live as simply as we can and love to explore the depths of our humanity with friends and family alike. Life isn't always easy, but we love the adventure and we love sharing in it with other people!

As travelers, we have Couchsurfed plenty, and we always try our best to be accomodating hosts when we are able! This is a wonderful community of incredible people and we love the spirit of generosity that it encourages. We would love to meet you someday!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've crashed on SO MANY couches and floors through the years, and we always try to open our home to the same type of wayward, adventurous travelers.
