Overview
About Me
I grew up and currently live in Guadalajara (and love it), I'm an industrial designer, freelance graphic designer, activist, volunteer, photographer, translator, bike mechanic, bass player and many other trades. Avid urban and touring cyclist, if you ride we can probably relate. I am listening to music most of my waking life. I read. I like deep people with deep opinions and passionate conversation.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Argentinean Rock (¡aguanteeeeee!), Flamenco, Spanish Hip-Hop and all this new hipster rock can be really good.
Movies: I'm cheap, I enjoy movies so much that hardly ever feel I didn't like a movie, I do love Almodovar, Von Trier and Kar-Wai but also enjoy GOOD action films such as the new Bond series or the Bourne series.
Books: Galeano, García Márquez, Kundera, Borges, Cortázar, Gelman... anything that CrimethInc pulishes tends to be amazing too, read my share of the classics when I was younger, Tolstoi, Dostoievsky, Plato, Kafka, Lovecraft, Hesse, Nietzche... and I read a bunch of bestseller novels too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've: camped in a different beach every night for 10 days, climbed the Aztec and Zapotec pyramids, got wasted in Dublin, slept on several airports, surfed in Oaxaca, received a new year walking down champs-élysées, wandered the streets of Mexico City until dawn, bought a fake ID to travel to a punk concert, lived and worked in Los Angeles, started a bike co-op, camped in a deserted island for 3 days, hitch-hiked to Bucerías, explored a city swallowed by lava, cycled across the jungle of la huasteca, across a dry lake, across several state lines, all the way from guadalajara to the coast, attended a design school in Nantes, learnt a coding language in 12 hours, rafted in a canyon river, scuba-dived in the pacific, dunked in the north atlantic (brrrr!), ran into the mediterranean during a storm, ate a cup-o-noodles in under a minute, placed a ghost bike for a dead friend, kissed two girls in one night, reached 45mph on a loaded bike, stolen oranges from an orchard, blocked several traffic intersections to make a point, launched a start-up, crashed a start-up, adopted a kitty, lived in the forest for a month, rode a motorcycle accross the baja peninsula, then interstate hwy 1, got a couple concussions and a titanium plate.
