The City tour:
Day 1
1-Narikala fortress + Mother Georgia using the cable car
2-Botanical Garden could be accessed from Narikala
3-Abanotubani Sulfur baths (by walking) after exiting the botanical garden (best Hamam is Gulo's thermal bath) reservation is required via facebook page.
4-Walking in the old town on Kote apkhazi street or (Shardeni street): night live, peace bridge, old churches, freedom square.
5-Book a cooking master class with friends at Chakandrila restaurant , a great way to get familiar with Georgian hospitality and food : www.facebook.com/chakandrila/
Day 2
1-Open air Ethno museum (located near by Vake but via car is very recommended
2-Turtle lake is excellent for a light walk around the lake (it's 2 min drive from that open museum)
3-mtasminda park (using funicular cable ride from the lower funicular complex)
Traditional Food:
-Khinkali dumpling (beef or mushroom)
-Khatchapuri pastry (Emeruli White cheese inside pizza style, Adjaruli comes with a runny egg)
-Mushrooms in clay( with or without melted cheese)
-Loubio (Beans in clay pot) usually served with corn bread.
-Asourti Pkhali (Spinach , egg plants , beetroot mashed with walnuts)
-Churchkhela (walnuts strings dipped in graph juice)
-Gebjalia (Cheese rolls in yogurt sauce and mint)
Transportation:
for taxi i suggest not to take from the street or airport Taxify /bolt app (requires Georgian Sim card) is the best in town or owning/renting a car is a good idea for weekends out of town.

-Keto and kote (requires a reservation for a good table)

-Dinehall (new programs such as oriental and Georgian dances)
-Al Amira Lebanese restaurant (might be closed)
-Cafe Littera (fine dine- might need reservation)

-Funicular complex – upstairs after 6pm it opens (fine dine)
-Vinotel (fine dine-better to call for a good table -singing starts around 8pm)
-Ethno Tsiskvili (Dancing show starts at 7pm -dress code-reservation is a must), there is a hidden middle eastern style section a nice place to relax with a river view (food is 3 out of 10)
-Shadow of metekhi (reservation might be required) nice view
-Gabrizadze restaurant (better to reserve)
-Megruli Sakhli (Mergelian style Georgian food) No reservation required
-Veriko (Georgian food- high end very interesting menu) Above Hardrock cafe in Vake
-Resturant Meama (fine dine Georgian food with a twist) Old town
-Ornament cafe – old town
-Puri Saxili
-Simple restaurants: For lower budget travelers*
-Machakhela (Samikitno)- Good salads and food is ok in general
-Pasanauri (very good mushroom soup with yogurt- food is good)
-Flowers cafe: (nice view – basic food)
-Xinkils saxli
-Zaxari zaxarj
-Chakandrila (Georgian home experience food and master classes/souvenir corner ) * Book online for the master classes 'very recommended**
-Mama Terra -Mexican ( Vegan/Vegetarian and herbal store/Gallery) Try the tamales and Kombucha drink
Hanging out in Tbilisi to socialize:
-Fabrika Hostel Tbilisi
-Woland's speakeasy: password: Apartment number 50 and they will slide open the library doors
-Mclaren's bar (live rock /Karaoke)
-Kiwi cafe : English gathering every Monday 7Pm

4th-Kazbegi (Rooms hotel Kazbegi- To dine/ stay )
Out of town part: 2:::: very long trip
1-Gori the town of Stalin, then within that town there is (uplistsikhe caves)
2-Stop for refueling and coffee at smart super market at Wissol Complex on the S1 highway
3-Borjomi: visit the central park (Stay for the night) or continue to:
4-Rabati fortress (dine within the fortess and (stay here or borjomi to rest)
5-Vardzia caves
6-Batumi
7-Racha (requires 4×4)
8-Savaneti (Mestia. Ushguli,Ushba) stay in a guest house.
