I am a science man, but real science, science involved with important issues of real life... And food is in our daily basis! That is why I love food science and also love to teach that. I am a teacher in a beautiful university in my country.

Currently, I am very interested in sustainabilty and healthy nutrition and feeding. I mean, the climate change is getting harder every single day! The rain, the heat and the cold are getting harder every passing year, and is human's fault, we have to do something to change that!

My favorite book is George Orwell's Animal Farm: "all the animals are equal, but some of them are more equal than the others". Other important book is "Brave New World (Aldous Houxley). I love Gabriel García Marquez and I respect our Peruvian Nobel Mario Vargas Llosa.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Survive all alone and by myself in Mainland China for six months! China is a good country, but very different than Western culture. All my respect to China, that with blood, sweat and tears, help me to become, like Daft Punk, harder, better, faster and stronger, and also wiser.

Also, losing 27 kilograms all by myself, without any gym trainer or nutritionist. Only with my food knowledge. Also going to a gym, but without a trainer. If you organize yourself, you can achieve some very interesting things! =)

I am a teacher in Food Science, I work with cereals and grains, so I can teach some of that: better food, proteins, fat, all that stuff =) I am very interested in sustainability and healthy food.

I am specialized in quinoa and andean crops, and I heard that quinoa is becoming quite popular all over the world, so I can teach you how to cook that and the nutritional quality =)

Also, my mother language, spanish, the second most spoken language in the world, te puedo enseñar español =)
