Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to this CouchSurfing malarkey, but my friends have had very positive experiences and have only good things to say about it.

Interests

Sport, mainly football and cricket, but other stuff as well. I don't play as much as I used to but watch a lot and have a season ticket at Arsenal. Pretty unremarkable interests - watch plenty of films and TV, read books (although not nearly as much as I should). Love a big night out but enjoy a chat with friends over a pint or a bottle of wine just as much. Try to do my share of cultural stuff like going to the theatre and whatnot (I used to act a bit) but pretty lazy when it comes to that sort of thing.

Oh, and travelling, obviously.

Music, Movies, and Books

Fairly broad tastes in everything, but can't forgive cynical mass-produced dross (Michael Bay, Simon Cowell, Dan Brown - I'm looking at you.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Played football on a moonlit beach in Trinidad with coconuts for goalposts, then slept in a hammock a few yards away.
