About Me

NEW UPDATE from 16th July 2023.

Hmm how should start ? Just feel the need to connect more people. Soooooo here I am. So many changes since 2018. I’m now a software engineer and doing muy Thai, still a newbie though.

Funny thing I just got from my memories back in 2017. As a student in Germany, I was asked by my teacher in a language classs about the favorite word in German, and I said, “ach Quatsch! ” which i heard from my host mom. Actually at that time I was not aware of the meaning, just liked the way to she said to her best friend and husband. And she’s definitely an elegant and respectful woman in every respect. Maybe that’s the reason I liked it. We still have connection and perceive each other as important person in our life.

Have another connfession. I just feel that I should be more gentle and considerate with people. Sometimes I see through things easily and can be sharp for some people. I wanna stay true to people and truth can be hard for people.

As for the request for stay, I’m not sure if I could do so now, cause I moved in to a new shared house. It’s okay to bring a friend but a new face? Let’s try. And I don’t have a spare bed you might have to share a double bed with me. My close friends usually do so, and they love my bed. It’s all new and quite expensive… hehe Don’t worry nothing will happen if you sleep me. I wanna start with a future Asian friend from here. And hopefully get some stories from the country she or he came from.

I can also help explore taipei city or any other cities in Taiwan. But I’m not a good planner. I’m a loose trip planner. Every trips in the past were quite done with much plans. I do research and hate deciding anything beforehand in a trip. Recently I flew to Korea and explore d every public transportation there. Rented a bike around han river in a freaking cold winter. Had frozen hands every time as I took any picture. Took a highway bus to somewhere that I couldn’t even pronounce the place correctly lol and got a mumbling driver because I didn’t get enough money from my transport card. I still feel sorry for the passengers and the driver then.
I also flew to Thailand first time. Took taxi scooter from time to time. Wonderful and a bit dangerous rides. Like the atmosphere there. They are allll laid back there. The weather was surprisingly nice, though a bit hot. Food is the best there cause it’s alll spicy. :p what else ? Hmmm I met up with a Thai friend and a Swiss friend there. We knew each other from a virtual world and has never met before But what we did is just walking in a department store and playing in the Game Center LOL what the 🤔️ oh we also went to a maid cafe 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The next weekend after Thailand I flew to Singapore. Was a fleeting trip. Got a flight right after work and stayed there with only a small backpack(usually carry it at work) until I had to go back to work on Monday morning. Had to squeeze in a net cafe before I got to work as the flight was way to early for work and too late to back home. The weather in Singapore was killing me. Scorching heat and humidity. And the interchange between English and Chinese drove me insane. I HAVE diffferent personalities in two languages. Was almost
dissociative lol. You know what I mean right? One of my favorite person said it’s like a NO lingual when you both suck in two lol. But I love the multi cultural environment there. Little Indian is an amazing place. It’s two a.m. now. I have to stop typing now. Have to get up at 7ish…. I will get back here as I get time or somebody messages me here. See y’all my lovely fellas.

Ahhhhh never had a time to talk in English recently. Feel a bit refreshed hehehehe. I feel like I’m writing a journal here. All my mumbling here. I have so many to talk and still keep mouth shut why ?!

I WILL WRITE ANOTHER NEW PROFLE IF I GOT TIME.
AND THE FOLLOWING IS MY WRITINGS BACK TO 2018.

Now I'm full of energy. Laugh every day and every moment. I simply enjoy my days in Europe as a therapy in life. As an Asian, I have to admit that to be here is one of the best decision I made. I feel I found myself which was long gone for years. :DDDD I'm now shining like the dawn, never so burning but always so warm.
After relaxing in Heidelberg, Germany, like a student, I went back to Taiwan to work.

//Foreword//
Before I ever introduce myself/ you ever know anything about me, I would like to usher in a word,
NONJUDGMENTAL : An attitude that is free of irrational or unjustifiable moralizing, "Nonjudgmental" does not mean all-accepting; it means being willing to judge an activity or relationship on the basis of how well it works for the PARTICIPANTS and not on some external/personal standard of rightness or wrongness.

SAY HELLO to me by replying the question in the profile. :)

//Introduction//
For NEW COMERS and those WITHOUT any references :
1. COMPLETE your profile.
2. VERIFY your profile or try to host people.
3. INTRODUCE yourself when you write a personal message. No just Hi.
4. FAKE photos are grandparents' joke.
5. DON'T be sad that some like you and some don't, or some just refuse. BE yourself.
If you don't do so, there is BIG chance I won't reply to you. Too many people complain about impoliteness of new comers and I personally do tell them what they should do to write a proper message or receive a reply from any members. Please try to blend into this community, follow the rules of the game, and host people!!!!

//Chapter 1// CURRENT MISSON

Try hitchhiking (DONE)
Be deeply Enthusiastic
Be DECISIVE (okay I give up)
Absorb knowledge/cultures like a Sponge
Stay in Europe and feeling universal love again and again

//Chapter 2// I, ME, MYSELF
My personality?
I have two sides. I enjoy time being crazy, noisy, off-track with friends and enjoy solitude, peace and pure tranquility. I try to be true myself and totally understand the quiet, sensitive, shrinking self and active, passionate, smily self constitute of my life and characters. I have both the traits of introverts and extroverts, and don't force myself be one of them. I belong to what I am. Most of people appreciate my explosive energy and my beaming smile. As you may not know, the name from Greek, Eos, means the dawn. I hope to be the silver lining of life, if not the ever-shining sun.

How is my life like?
I love to laugh. Love to do stupid things. Love to stay out at night. I love breakfast tooo. Sometimes I’m so slow in action. Sometimes I’m so ecstatic that I can’t even control myself. Some friends call me natural high because I can be always easily amused. Yes yes yes for some occasions you don’t even know why I’m laughing or smiling. Please don’t worry. When I laugh, I’m not pretending or being mean. I laugh because I laugh.

What is deep inside Eos Ἕως ?
My life is full of stories, amazing, funny, weird and sometimes implausible and overwhelming. They shaped my personality and the way I react to the world. I’m born as a happy, naive and sensitive girl and life draws its colors. :D

The Monster or ?
My mother called me freak or weirdo when I was little. Not until adulthood did i found it is a talent and compliment. ;p

Do I have logics ?
I don’t think in a way people think. According to my friends, I have a unique logics about everything, though for me things just go like that. I care about things people may not even think of. I get confused sometimes about how people think.
Don’t worry. I’m quite sociable in English. No I’m not. Yes I’m. No I’m not.

Philosophy ?
I don’t force people to do anything, vice versa.
Accept your negative and be positive for yourself, never for a diguise, for a person, for society.

Let's Party?!
I attend parties. I drink when people drink, but will not be drunk or stoned as F**k. Being sober is a respect for people around you. But sometimes sober me is more crazy than drunk me. Sweets get me high sometimes. Sugar is dangerous. Sometimes I don't attend parties and just spend whole day at home sopping my tea, looking out of the window. Love to dance. Was learning swing dance. Then found my true love in ecstatic dance. Wonderful things. I love Amsterdam.

//Chapter 3// WHAT IS LOVE?
Love is something within human beings, e.g.
A hitchhiker picked up by a person who never heard of hitchhiking.
An Indian aboriginal shared a chicken with a traveller by the sea despite of inability of communication.
A person told the deepest secret of life to a person who didn’t know much about the other.
A eye contact of two people started and the noise of world disappeared.
A rainy gloomy night was overwhelmed by laughter and stupidity of two passengers.
A morning earl grey tea was accompanied with a string elegant French smile.
A group of people cuddled together out of the coldness of weather and openness of mind.
A first snow came but no one decided to go out because of the collective consciousness of laziness.
A smile tossed back to you when you let out a smile!
^^^all true stories I’ve done or heard in CS^^^

Some say, “if you don’t like gays because they perceive you as a prey, that’s also what women feel. “
(Don’t get me wrong. I’m advocate of LGBTQ. And I’m quite appreciated how homosexual tease/flirt heterosexual. Oh! One of my best friends is a cross dressing lover.)

I enjoy romantic step to the fridge. Especially in the morning.

//Chapter 4// CS COMMUNITY
Hello, My Friend ?
I love to make friends here. But I have to be selective about the ones I meet. I meet only those who are trustworthy, nonjudgemental(now as you may know meaning of the word) and friendly in general. And don't feel upset if I don't meet you.

I hosted people when I was in college but not thru this website. A surfer told me about CS. So here am I. Dala!I really love to be the host to see another life, or merely to fill my room with human (maybe I don’t see myself as a human rather a cat or squirrel.)

Before you usher in a conversation with me please answer me “what were you doing when you were 25 years old?”
If you are not 25 yet, then tell me what you want to do when you are.

//Chapter 5// BASIC INFORMATION
I’m from Taiwan. Mandarin is my mother tongue. But I speak English and a bit German. And I have special accent even in native language. I guess I always pronounce words in my ways.

Was a productive assistant in a commercials-making and was working in a social media company, which focuses on pan science. Was a Producer as well. Was a Financial planner as well. Was a …. Babysitter as well(au pair if you know what it is!) now you you should start to wonder what im working as.

About the diet. After years of exploring, I found Whole-wheat German bread and pasta is my love. I prefer black rice than white rice. I eat meat and veggie too. I love warm breakfast. I cook if permitted. And I love to go to local supermarkets. BUT I’m thinking about downsizing my desire toward food because life has more to explore.
.

I enjoy every belief and respect every religion. I personally don’t have religion. Convince me to have one if you can. I love sub cultures. I start to see a new chance of lifestyle. Love surprise in life, but hopefully not a baby.

My past life in Germany !
Au pair in Cologne and Heidelberg. I’m super loving Kent my au pair fmaily. Thru this job, I know how hardcore it will be in a marriage and with a kid. People should totally be serious about it. When you think twice, I suggest, think third time. And for God‘s sake, wear condom. I will say it one more time. Wear goddamn CONDOM. And it’s not just about having babies, it’s about hygiene, people. I am a member of Red Cross and I advocate for sex protection. Don’t kill animals. Kill sperms.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT!
DON'T FREAK OUT when you read the paragraph above. I truly believe only by honestly and openly talking about sex can the world eliminate sexual transmitted diseases and gender inequality.

Taiwan? Republic of China?
Maybe some would wonder about the another name of Taiwan, the Republic of China. Taiwan and China share similar names, but are different countries. China is officially written as the People's Republic of China. Some people from China do not speak Mandarin, but Cantonese(HongKong), Hu(Shaihai) Min(Fujiang, Guangdong. People from Malaysia and Singapore speak mandarin too) etc.
Taiwanese people speak Mandarin and a little bit Min-Nan. The relationship between China and Taiwan is like, I would say, Britain and America, way more comlicated.. We also have so different accents!( the details is more complicated and I would not talk bout it here. And I’m not so interested taking about it. But I explain everything if you want to know.)

For those who are new to this community.

ˍ ▁ ▂ ▃ ▄ ▅ ▆ ▇ █ Q and A  for new comers █  ▇ ▆ ▅ ▄ ▃ ▂ ▁ˍ

Q: How can I start my interpersonal network or blend into the community?
A: DO the below I mentioned. I know you hate writing and hate introducing yourself like a hypocrite or a clown. BUT people DO EXPERIENCE this awkward moments. I was a stupid writer before and hated to write anything about me, but look how much I write here!!!I'm even writing a fucking QandA!!!!!! Tell you a secret: when I first started my CS journey and wrote a host a personal message, I wrote personal experience which made me cry that whole morning, but the message/experience made me open up myself.

Q: Is it possible to make friends here?
A: Yes, absolutely you can make friends here. BUT follow the rules. Some of members here never hosted or surfed but use HANGOUT or attend meetings to make friends frequently and actively. It’s possible to do so, but personally I prefer people with hosting or surfing experience. And of course I made some of friends who I can really share my life stories and talk like friends from real world. In fact, most of hosts I met become my friends. I also become friends with people who share the same ideas here.

Q: Can I send a personal message asking for a coffee to anyone?
A: You MAY do so, but before that, you have to make sure that you are here to make friends and blend into this community. And as a female member, I have to tell you that you had better to make sure to make others comfortable about your message. And try to find the same interests or something connected to the addressee. Some people actually invited me to meet up. I personally do so when they seem to be harmless to me.

FOR more information, you can ask me and I will add more Q and A .....

Music, Movies, and Books

MOVIE:
I'm a film lover, European films especially. One of my film friends define my taste as violence, cult and depression. And I I would add “novelty”
Recommendation: Blind(2014 films), talks about a blind woman’s life. See how the director deal with emotion and desire. But I have to admit, since I stayed here in Europe, I seldom watch one, I think, because life here is more adventurous and dangerous in films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had a baby. Nearly washed away by river after rainy days. Walking totally alone with no Internet and cell phone on the streets of Kyoto in a midnight. Got a puff of joint from a stranger who tried to take me home. Decided to hitchhike and did it next day (it turned to be a disaster out of inexperience, BUT I felt more universal love AGAIN!!!) No it’s kidding I never had a baby, but I took care of children as au pair in Germany.
