I'm old school hip hop at heart, but I love and appreciate all types of music.
My favourite is always live, close and personal. I very much enjoy easy listening smooth guitar music. Anything that will woo my soul really.

I love books that I can learn a lot from. Always looking to learn a new skill and improve myself.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

In 2013 I quit a bad job on a dime and took off for Dominican Republic. I wanted to learn spanish and go for an adventure!

In 2015 I released a free music album call Echoshift, sharing peace, love and wellbeing through hip hop music.

2016-2017 - I worked as a youth counsellor, keeping first nations youth out of jail and mentoring them into wellbeing, helping them create positive outcomes for themselves.
