ABOUT ME

I have travelled a lot for the last 12 years. I was a backpakers for almost 10 years. I have been interested by South America and Asia. I have spend the last 3 years in a Buddhist monastery. Now it is time to setlle down. I have pick up Bordeaux....a new life..

PHILOSOPHY

Well, I am trying to see or to hear things without judging, to accept whatever comes up through my life, feelings or thoughts.. I agree it is not easy but i devote my life to the transformation.

Interests

I am interested in knowing more about me, people, culture and the world. I like walking, making pilgrimage. I like meditation, yoga, meeting people and travelling of course. I like learning languages. I am spending a lot of time to learn japanese. I am keen on japanese culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do like movies. I like going to the cinema to watch Iranese, Chinese, Russian,Turkish movies...from all over the world. I like many kinds of music or books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have experienced love-unity once in my life. It was after a vipassana in 2000 in Jaipur (India). It was a powerfull experience but it did not last long.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share some personnal experiences about yoga, meditation and travelling. I can share many nice places, countries or tips on differents countries. I also might give some advice. It is easier to help someone than to help yourself. Teach is a big word..if i can help yeh with pleasure.
