Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m a Taiwanese exchange student at Tübingen University, Germany. I love watching sports games, photographing, cycling, and of course traveling and cultural exchanges! I enjoy cities as well as small towns and nature, and would be love to share a trip with locals!
As for my background, I majored in politics and media studies, but deeply divided into sports sociology since my junior year. I’m currently working freelance as a journalist and sports column writer for Taiwanese media while studying in Germany. If you’re willing to talk, I will be more than happy to get some insight or experience sharing with regarding topics.
Starting March 2026, I will be in Europe for 6 months. I’m planning to visit various countries and sports events during my exchange stay. Looking forward to getting to know you and becoming life-long friends!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m still a student by day, freelance journalist by other times. I travel with infinite passion to explore and knowing people, and with limited budget and calendar to stay in specific place. So, couchsurfing might be a great option!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Started cycling in 2025! Though I’m still a rookie for sure, the amazing experience of knowing a place by paddling, with the breeze and scenery on the road, that’s the best way to explore a place I’ve ever known!
Teach, Learn, Share
I’m native Mandarin Chinese speaker, with professional level English, I’m currently learning German for studying purposes, while learning Dutch for interest (finding similarities between languages are the trigger for me!)
I would love to have language exchange. I can also cook some simple Taiwanese or Japanese dishes for you!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Taiwanese or German snacks, handmade Asia cousins, photographs, language and stories exchange…… I can also help you with houseworks and pet or child sitting, as long as you need🙌✨
