About Me
Hello new friends from near and far!
My name is Erin. I live my life with JOY, compassion, adventure, mischief, music, love, madness, laughter, passion, spirituality, and a little bit of chaos ;)
UPDATE 1/1/19: I am unable to host guests at this time, sorry! Please get in touch if you want to get a drink or hike or something :)
I live in a warm, bright, inviting collective space called the Twat Spot (which was named in the spirit of sex positivity by one of our feminist members!) You can often find us hanging out, cooking, painting, discussing local/social issues, laughing, hiking, practicing yoga, traveling, playing music, studying, or just rolling around on our soft, squishy floor. There are usually between 2 and 5 people co-habitating here at any time, mostly but not exclusively femme-identified. This is a safe space for women, LGBTQ* folks, people of color, immigrants, refugees, burners, polyamorists, artists, nomads, and anyone with a compassionate heart who is willing to learn and listen. Most of us are vegetarian or vegan (but you can prepare meat here too if that's your thing.) We don't have couches but we do have pillows, balls, foam rollers, a low table, and a lovely carpeted floor in our sunny living room. There is plenty of room for yoga, movement, and crafting.
At the moment, we have one chill cat. Kitten coming soon. Sometimes we have a dog too. All of the animals are gentle and kind. As long as mud isn't an issue, we can probably accommodate well-behaved pets.
We do not currently have guest rooms open, but did I mention our great floor!? We respect your extro/introversion and you are welcome to do your own thing/take space when you want it. In general, the house is pretty quiet in the daytime and picks up in the evening when everyone comes home and cooks/chats together (alternatively, residents go out frequently, so it may be quiet at night too).
We have wifi (not the best signal but it works for most people). Cell service is spotty; texts do get through eventually.
Cigarette smoking must be done outside. Herbal smoking okay. No heavy drinking, hard drug use, drowning negativity, racism, misogyny, homophobia, drama, support of capitalism, dishonesty, lack of consent, or general assholery allowed!
Let's lift each other up; we are all in this together!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
i've had quite a few adventures... quite a few wild nights... or weekends actually... years... whatever...
When I was 20, I hitchhiked and hopped trains coast to coast (US), which was the most amazing and beautiful experience of my life.
Polyamory is always teaching me how to be humble, honest, compassionate, respectful, authentic, and self loving.
once upon a time, i fell in love. big Love. soul love. love of the absolute. we never saw each other again, but he (unknowingly) was my life's greatest teacher.
In 2012, I ate the best mango of my life...
I am eternally grateful for the ineffable soul lessons that Madre Ayahuasca has taught me.
i've shared oh-so-many beautiful experiences on the playa, cried with strangers, pushed my boundaries, caught sunrise sets to live for, got lost, burned it all down
i've taken a boat up the Amazon river, hopped freight trains, performed aerials and fire, lived off grid, caught the joy in another's eyes on the dancefloor with my own tracks, lived deep in the Andes, dropped out of conventional society, surrendered a thousand times, kept smiling :)
Teach, Learn, Share
being thankful.
I love to learn all kinds of things.
I also love to teach all kinds of things.
