ABOUT ME

Most of all I enjoy being with people and being outside. My favorite activities are running, biking, ultimate frisbee, camping, snowboarding, frolfing, racquetball, and of course, traveling. I talk about my dude and my dog a lot. I have a garden. I am messy when I cook but I'm very good at dishes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a few people when we lived in Ames, surfed in Oregon for a few weeks, now we host people when we can!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Millions of stars lighting up the sky on a mountain peak in Colorado.

Last NASA shuttle launch in Titusville, FL in a little park on the side of the road full of people.

While biking through OR, we passed a bison having a baby.

I am also amazed by the differences and similarities of people in different places, and I have a new found respect for anyone who has the physical and/or mental strength to bike across countries, run ultramarathons, or obtain a masters or doctorate degree.
