ABOUT ME

Friends say that I'm a likable and uncomplicated guy, very curious in getting to know people, things, and places. I love listening to music and playing instruments as well. For a couple of years I played the drums in a wonderful alternative rock band in Leipzig, my lovely university town (see link).I was always up for seeing the world but it actually didn't happen for long time. In 2010/11, I finally spent seven months teaching in France, and in a few years I'll move to Norway.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to learn - to collect experiences, to "develop myself" - in the end to improve my life and the world as well. In a modest way. :oP

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started being a couchsurfer when travelling France and Switzerland in 2011. In 2012, I'm finally able to host some surfers in my Leipzig apartment. I'm in the middle of my exams, so I might not have too much time to show people around, but a comfy couch and time for a chat or two will pretty often fit in my timetable.
