I am an engineer (a good one) who loves traveling as every normal person does.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I try to travel as much as possible. And instead of going ''common touristic'' places in the cities I visit, I would like to hang out with locals, and learn the culture of the country that I visit. That's why I on couch-surfing. Honestly, I don't like to stay in other peoples' houses. I just want to meet-up with new people and hang-out in the streets of the city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam in a lake on top of mountain in the Black Sea area of Turkey. The lake was 3000meters high from the sea level, and around it was full of snow. The water was extremely cold, and I could withstand it only for 40sec. When I went out of the water, i didn't feel the cold air, instead my body was burning. It was an amazing experience which I would never try again :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer you some of my precious time and a nice chat while drinking coffee, tea, beer, sangria... whatever you prefer :) I will try to give you some information about the places that i know, and I can give you a short tour in any city in the Netherlands (the ones i know of course).
