About Me

I was born in Adana(The city where real Turkish Kebab comes from:))) lived there for almost 18 years then moved to Ankara, the capital of Turkey, for university and graduated from civil engineering at Middle East Technical University. Then I moved to Moscow to work here as a civil engineer and have been living in Moscow for the last year and will be here for at least 3 more years. I am learning Russian but my Russian is still a bit above beginner level maybe :) whereas I can fluently speak English.
I am a friendly, easy going helpful and adventurous person (I believe) and have been a lot of activities, festivals and organizations around the world till now. Music keeps a very important place in my life, all of my family have graduated from conservatoire and I raised w a complex musical knowledge, attended to so many music festivals from all kinds of genres around the world so i can say kinda have a good musical taste and i really really like to speak about music. I was an Olympic runner (was running for Turkish national team) and an Orienteer before coming to Moscow, still very interested in sports but not as active as before about doing it. Most importantly, love to know about people, their personal interests and stories!

Couchsurfing is always a great opportunity to meet w people and you can learn an entirely different way of living life from this path, practicing new languages, experiencing new cultures. I never had an opportunity to host someone till now and i really wanted to get into this as a host for a long time to meet, help and share, so quite excited about this thing. Also, I strongly believe that every person that you met always brings new stories and even can change your life and the way you look at life!
