Overview
About Me
I love travelling, meeting new people, and learning about other cultures! I've travelled to 30 countries so far and I want to experience so many more.
I sometimes share my apartment with my housemate Simon. He is a legend and has been hosting couch-surfers for years.
I am really keen to make more international friends, learn more about other cultures/lifestyles, and make more great memories! :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: My tastes are ever-evolving, but these days I enjoy Flume, Disclosure, and Rufus. I also like classical music on the odd occasion.
Movies: Beasts of No Nation, The Book Thief, Wreck-It Ralph, Up, Despicable Me - anything melancholic and thought-provoking, really. I also like psych thrillers like The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
Books: Unabashed Harry Potter fan (only the books!), Game of Thrones, War and Peace, etc. etc. I generally enjoy historical fiction and authors like HG Wells and Paulo Coelho.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I slept in the world's tallest tree-house in the jungles of Laos!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I'm Turkish-Australian, so I love talking about both cultures. I'm also a lover of history and politics.
Learn: about other cultures and lifestyles!
Share: beer, wine, and rum!
