I am updating all these fields after four years. I had written here about my next backpack plan which was targeting Germany. Now, four years later... I live in Germany. You never know...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first trip abroad was to Baltic states. My best friend and I stayed in a young couples place in Jurmala (Latvia) which later became the origin of the whole trip. They were not even participated in CS but we reached them through 2 or 3 other CSers (friend of a CS friend of our CS friend). Crazy network :)

My best friend and I, again, decided just spontaneously to go to Croatia and thanks to CS, we could immediately contact with the nicest person. He kindly welcomed us in Zagreb, not more than 24 hours later than we wrote him. We met all his friends and everyone gave us amazing ideas which shaped my most joyful holiday. I still miss those days.

Actually much more than surfing, the most embracing thing I've got from my CS experience, I met some people who are now my life long friends...

Interests

Definitely travelling, seeing a different country, getting to know a new culture or meeting new people seem more interesting than me :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've ever seen, or should I say, I couldn't see, was the sunset in Baltic sea. We watched the sun turning into different colours but not setting for hours long.

For my first trip abroad, I was lucky to be there... on right time!
