About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Avoiding missions at all costs

ABOUT ME

Wow, that's a tough question. The short version is that the search for a cooler climate brought us to Jerusalem, where we met and have been living for a few years now, trying to make the most of it

Erez wakes up too early in the morning and drinks too much coffee during the day.

Ofra works as a physical therapist at a children`s rehabilitation hospital and hikes (with Erez) in the desert as much as she can.

Pesto was abandoned in an italian restaurant when he was 3 weeks old but overcame that trauma and grew up to be a magnificent feline.

PHILOSOPHY

The human experience in different places around the globe is a lot more similar than we think.

Interests

Music and live shows, cooking, organic food, yoga, traveling, how to form ecological communities within a city, exchanging ideas with new people, laughing, reading, hiking in the mountains and finding new springs, watching meteor showers in the desert.

Music, Movies, and Books

Let the name dropping begin!

Books - almost anything by Umberto Eco, Albert Camus, Terry Pratchett, David Grossman and many others

Music - There used to be a long and tiring list. let's summarize - mainly indie pop\rock (yes, we are conservatively dressed hipsters). The ones we can't live without are Kate Bush, Lisa Germano, and Tori Amos

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling in Africa for 7 months was a great and unique experience. Ahh, when can i go again?

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching and learning are not supposed to be separated. In every interaction you can do both.
Aside from that, We can show you the finest humus places in Jerusalem.
we'll be happy to learn about you, the place you live in, and anything you can teach us, like if you know how to keep a mint plant alive

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Germany, Ireland, Jordan, Kenya, Laos, Madagascar, Malawi, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Israel, Italy
