CURRENT MISSION ::: Thinking about my next journey.

ABOUT ME ::: Travelling is my life and my passion. Part of this passion is probably into my DNA as my parents were quite vagabond when younger and my childhood summer memories find me camping all around Europe and USA. In 2001, because of my job, I couldn't go on holidays with my friends during summer so few months later, after 21 years on this planet and with my backpack, I left home alone and had my first 3 weeks solo trip travelling in South America. It was only the beginnig as, somebody probably can understand me, it's like a drug... once you've tryed it, you can't live without it. Travel in a new country, off the beaten track and alone, it's the best school for life.
I believe the biggest advantage is probably getting to know new cultures and people who create and sustain them. Sadly some cultures disappear very fast. Our western cultures are making their way in other continents, into people's minds and pockets. So hurry up! See them before it's too late! Pack your rucksack and very comfy shoes and start your journey NOW. It will change your life for good. It will make you see the world from different perspective. It will open your eyes and help you to understand why and whom and where...
So I'm not looking for new places where have parties or get drunk. I live in Milan, if I want something like that I can have it every night in my city. I simply need to see this planet with my eyes and enjoy its charming differences.
I'm totally coherent and sincere, maybe sometimes I'm too much direct but you'll always know what I feel and think.

Intereses

I love watching stars,spleeping on rooftops under the stars, flowers, my 3 cats (1 is the reincarnation of Goa, my sweet Rottweiler :) cooking, tasting new food/recipies, reading, my damn job, skating on icy lakes, mountains, walking, laughing, modern history, meet people coming from different countries/cultures, red wine, penguins, night walks on the beach,
and .... airports: you can see so many different people and lots of aircrafts (It could seems crazy but I love watching wide body aircrafts ...)

The outermost place I've been to: Easter Island (Chile)

The highest point: a pass in Ladakh (India) between Leh and Manali; it's 5364 m. This pass is the second highest in the world.

The lowest point: Dead Sea depression in Israel: -400 m below sea level; by the way it's the lowest area on the earth.

The northernmost point: St. Petersburg ( I know, not so north...)

The southernmost point: Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego, Argentina)

The coldest place: Kazakistan/China border (on the way from Almaty to Urumqi), 25 december, windy -28°

The hottest place: Kolkata, august, +35% BUT 101% humidity!!

The driest place: Atacama Desert (Chile) * it's the driest place on earth*

My top 3 best experience
1.Watching stars in Atacama Desert (Chile) at 2400m above sea level.
2.Walking under the snow in a winter and silent night in Pingyao (China), a small old town that seems come out from a chinese fairytale.
3.get lost in Old Town, Jerusalem, between Arabic and Armenian quarters.

The most beautiful place: the one with good friends ;)
