Hello! Hola! Bonjour! Ciao!
We are Erica (36) and Matías (34) a couple from Argentina. We have been together for a little over 5 years and when we met we shared long talks about our passion for traveling and the experiences we had had on our trips. We soon discovered that we wanted to start traveling together and found a way to do it full time.

Our academic training allowed us to move forward with a project to work and travel together.
We studied: Filmer maker (Erica) and video and sound post production (Matías). We are currently working as freelance video editors and on some occasions we are able to take photography and video at social events.
In 2022 we began to ideate and plan our travel project and we are ready to begin the adventure next January 2024! Where we are going to visit several countries, including: Chile, Colombia, Mexico, USA, Japan, Southeast Asia and we hope to continue getting to know many more.

¡Hola! Somos Erica (36) y Matías (34) una pareja de Argentina. Llevamos un poco más de cuatro años juntos y cuando nos conocimos compartimos largas charlas sobre nuestra pasión por viajar y las experiencias que habíamos vivido en nuestros viajes. Pronto descubrimos que deseabamos comenzar a viajar juntos y encontramos el modo de poder hacerlo por tiempo completo.

Nuestra formación académica nos iba a permitir avanzar con un proyecto de viajar y trabajar los dos juntos. Estudiamos: Dirección y Producción de Cine y Tv (Erica) y Licenciatura en Audiovisión (Matías) Lo que nos permitió comenzar a dedicar nuestro trabajo exclusivamente a la Edición de video de modo freelance y en algunas ocasiones a realizar fotografía y video en eventos sociales.
En 2022 comenzamos a idear y planificar nuestro proyecto de viajar y ¡estamos listos para comenzar con la aventura el próximo Enero del 2024! Donde vamos a visitar varios países, entre ellos: Chile, Colombia, México, EEUU, Japón, Sudeste Asiático y esperamos seguir conociendo muchos más.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We both share the desire to learn about different cultures, exchange experiences and enjoy conversations with locals and travelers from other parts of the world. We believe that the best way to immerse ourselves in the essence of each place is through its people. We would like to share experiences about our trip and teach about our own culture.
We hope that this project goes beyond our expectations and surprises us for the better.

We travel by car from Buenos Aires (Argentina) to Florianopolis (Brazil).

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach Spanish and our knowledge about photography. Also, if you have a camera we can take photos together while we walk around your city. Or we can simply take you some photos along the way.
