I believe that mankind is currently living in the Kali Yuga, a Dark Age of unleashed materialistic appetites, spiritual oblivion and dissolution. Man has become nothing but a consumer in a mechanistic world which ....bla bla bla... yeah I'm actually quite a normal guy on the whole. However my introspective side does get the better of me sometimes.
