ABOUT ME

We love being outside, hiking, star gazing, fresh air and warm weather. That's probably because we work inside all day, so it feels great to be out and about in nature!

Eric has been into photography for a long time, and will definitely have his camera along wherever he goes.

Music is a big part of our lives. Eric plays guitar and drums, although not as much since moving to Philadelphia (especially the drums... not very apartment friendly). Ashley plays clarinet and piano, and teaches a wide range of band instruments to elementary and middle school children.

We both love food and trying different things. We cook all the time and dig experiencing new food adventures.

We are good humored, not easily angered, and enjoy laughing with good company. It would great to meet others who are similar.

PHILOSOPHY

Desiderata

Go placidly amid the noise and haste,

After taking our first steps by traveling Europe, we are now looking for the opportunity to give back by hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In the Summer of 2014, we had the most wonderful vacation to Europe, including staying with 3 different hosts.

Eric took a 5000+ mile roadtrip with his parents across the U.S. when he was younger. Amazing time!

I play the guitar and drums. Would you like to learn? It might take a beer or two to warm me up, but it would be great to make some music together.

I also love to cook. It would be great fun to prepare some new foods, or show you some of my favorites.
