What about me...hmm.. I suppose we can start with where I'm from. Originally from outside Toronto Canada and now I travel around and live in different areas. My life is filled with many unknowns even though I'm scared of the unknown. I suppose it's becoming a bit more comfortable but still never easy stepping outside the comfort bubble of your perceived notions of safety.

I love to move my body, my mind and my soul sort of speak.
I spend time getting more acquainted with nature and to be more still and present with it vs in my head about it all ( what does it all mean! Ahhh so much beauty!!)
I love to read cause it stimulates me and is a great friend and companion in life, for me.
I'm fairly introverted but if I get comfortable and feel good, then I'm a much different person. Just stand caution at first.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

To meet people around me when I am travelling and even if I ever chill somewhere, others can contact me and just have fun. Coffee, walks, wine, laughter, fun chats etc.

Intereses

Reading, writing, imagining, contemplating, hiking, moving my body. Listening to music and the sounds of nature, wine and good chats. Sports of all kind. Simple stuff.

Música, películas y libros

Currently into ambient music. Its nice to hear vocals but its nice not to interpret words or use them to get my mind stimulated hah.
Movies- I'm a sucker for movies like braveheart or gladiator. I don't watch much anymore but maybe in the future.
Current book I'm reading - how to change your mind with Michael pollen. Great read
I really enjoyed plant intelligence and the imaginal realm by Stephan bonner. So many great books out there. Thank you to all those that took the time to write this labouress works of art.
