About Me
I am deeply interested in traditional crafts from around the world. The crafts are my job and hobbies. I teach many food related classes on foraging, fermentation (including miso, shoyu, and mirin), butchering, and meat curing . I make and sell food fermentation woodenware especially coopered vessels (oke) and koji-related items (muro and koji buta).
I love meeting new people and love learning about other people's culture.
