Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I would much rather crash on a couch and spend time learning and sharing with new friends than shut myself in an expensive hotel and log on to the first social media site I can think of. I would like to share some good ol' southern hospitality to those who happen to find themselves in my neck of the woods as well.

Centres d'intérêt

My hobbies and interests are ever changing, but currently most of my time/money is spent on the rocks. No... I'm not talking about libations - I'm more of a beer man - I mean rock climbing! You can find my girlfriend and I at the local bouldering gym or out on the ropes a few days a week. If you stop by on the weekend, we may be able to take you out to one of the local crags! I love drinking craft beer and visiting local breweries, and I used to homebrew some myself. I also love cooking but don't expect a fancy 5 course meal (I try to keep it simple).

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I listen to pretty much everything aside from country music. Circa Survive (I have been to 3 of their shows), Alt-J, Disclosure, Black Keys, Chon, Coheed, Feed Me, Flying Lotus, Foo Fighters, Incubus, Porter Robinson, Radiohead, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Sylvan Esso, Tycho, Zeppelin, etc...

Some of my favorite shows include: The Office, Breaking Bad, Arrested Development, Parks & Rec, Game of Thrones, Archer, Firefly, House of Cards, etc. I don't go to the movies too often as I have been spoiled by Netflix, but here are some of my favorite movies: LoTR, Fight Club, Dumb & Dumber, Interstellar, Batman, Star Wars, Pulp Fiction, Dodgeball, Tropic Thunder, Kill Bill, Moon, Napoleon Dynamite, etc.

I tend to be a little introverted when I first meet people, but I like to think that I am easy to get along with and have a good sense of humor. I'm happy to help cook and don't mind doing dishes. I won't create a ruckus but I'm also not a party-pooper. I truly respect and appreciate my hosts and you can rest-assured knowing that everything will be as I found it.
