Hello! My name is Eric and during my solo trips, I've used Couchsurfing to meet locals and hangout with fellow travelers. For someone who is typically jaded and guarded against the intention of others, I've been humbled by the immense generosity and friendship that I've experienced from this international community.

In 2017, I decided that I would make travel a big part of my life. I try and visit at least one new country every year. In 2017, I took my first solo trip to Berlin and that's why I started learning German. I've passed my A1 exam in German and I'm currently trying to learn Spanish.

I work at an eCommerce company and on my free time I enjoy cooking and trying new restaurants. I enjoy filmography, travel, dancing, reading, drinking with friends, and having discussions about music and art.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

While I'm abroad on a solo trip, I use Couchsurfing to meet locals/travelers and hangout. At home, I'll use Couchsurfing to meet and host people from countries that I'm trying to learn the language of. They have the pleasure of listening to me massacre their language and I get to show them what I love about my city.
