About Me
My name is Eric and I'm studying linguistics at university in Pittsburgh in the U.S.! I love languages (I speak six!) and hope to someday work with endangered languages and their documentation. I love to travel, though I don't get to do too much of it! This winter (Dec 2017-Jan 2018) I am traveling with three great friends to Europe and it's the first time I've ever left America so I am very excited! I also spent a week in New York City in March, which may not be too far from me but I though it was an amazing trip!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm really looking forward to Couchsurfing this winter because not only will my friends and I get to explore so many amazing cities, but we'll also be able to get an authentic travel experience with a host who knows what to do, where to eat, and how to properly enjoy where we are! Hopefully it'll be a lasting experience and a lasting relationship with whomever opens their home and their country to us!
