Overview
About Me
Hi, I'm Eric. I enjoy good company, good conversation, and good food and drink.
PHILOSOPHY
(From my old profile, keeping this because I think it still holds)
Not sure if I can articulate a personal philosophy. My main goal is to be happy, but a variety of things make me happy. Within that context I prioritize finding new things: friends, places, experiences but engage with them as positively and respectfully as I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I spent the Spring and Summer of 2014 backpacking Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands. I didn't need places to stay, but I thought couch surfing would be a fun way for me to spend time meeting people and exploring new places.
In addition to Couchsurfing, I've also WWOOF'ed and done a number of host stays and consider myself pretty adept at living respectfully in another persons home.
