Hi! I'm Eric, a Michigan-native who has spent some time working and traveling in Europe, and has spent the past ten years in San Francisco. My interests and previous careers have included music (percussion, piano, accordion), gardening, ecology and natural resources, working in special education, and I'm just about to start a graduate program in Washington DC for speech-language pathology in August.

Tengo muchos intereses y he trabajado en varias careras incluye música (percusión, piano, acordeón) jardinera, ecología, recursos naturales y educación especial. Between leaving behind a life in San Francisco and starting a new one in Washington, DC, is the perfect time for me and my partner Nathanael to spend two months traveling in South America. The hostels have been nice, and it's great to connect with fellow travelers. Yet that hasn't provided us the experience to meet as many local residents and experience the culture as intimately as we would love to. We hope that couch surfing will be a valuable way to meet and learn from Colombians and Ecuadoreans!

Ahora es un buen timpo viajar. Mi novio Nathanael y yo estamos viajando en Colombia antes de mudarnos desde San Francisco a Washington DC para empezar una vida nueva. Tenemos ganas conectar con los Colombianos - hemos conocido muchos viajeros, pero queremos conocer mas la cultura y la gente aquí - no solo otros viajeros. ¡Esperemos que Couchsurfing nos ayudará conocer mas la vida Colombiana!
