Because the idea of getting to know the people I stay with is very cool. When I travel I really like to get to know the locals and stay away from the main touristy areas (although I still enjoy going to those for a short time just to see what they are like).

I play a bit of guitar/bass and I am a software engineer. I also collect old videogames and computer software, it's one of my hobbies.

Rock n Roll in general. I love Progressive Rock such as Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes and more modern prog like Porcupine Tree and Steven Wilson. I love Classic rock and some metal as well.

Movies are tough, love SO many of them. I guess my favorite movie of all time is Jurassic Park but I like all sorts of movies, from classics like Chaplin stuff to modern movie like Guardians of the Galaxy etc.

I don't read much to be honest but a book I read that I loved was Blindness from Saramago.

Whoa, difficult, I guess moving to Australia alone was one amazing thing I did, at least for myself. I can say that I've danced at a dance recital before (even though I'm no dancer) and I recorded a music video once (which is actually terrible haha)
