About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Goodbye cubicles, hello open road.
ABOUT ME
I grew up with the outdoors as my playground. With my two brothers, we spent most of our time fishing, camping, river rafting, and with the understanding of the importance of nature. I worked in finance and operations management for 4 years. I left the cubicle life behind me in Oregon, and now am determined to spend my life in search of the best places on Earth, with a backpack on my back, and an endless supply of new cultures and people along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm new to CS, and I have a lot of friends who have convinced me to start up a page before I head out to backpack Asia this year.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have used CS once before in Italy and had a strange host, but I always believe in second chances.
Interests
Anything outdoors: camping, fishing, shooting, rivers, hiking, soccer and all other sports.
And of course, music needs to accompany me along any journey I take.

Music, Movies, and Books
Any movie from Spike Lee and Quentin Taratino. I also have a soft spot for Dances with Wolves and early Adam Sandler movies. The only movie I've cried to was Fox and the Hound. And I must confess, I was in love with Geena Davis when I was young because of A League of their own.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I left the office life behind. After leaving the cubicle behind me, I have begun to understand what this life really has to offer.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like a good philosophical discussion now and again.
