About Me
Hello! I am a student of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am studying abroad at Sophia University in Japan until September 2017.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am living outside of the United States for the first time in my life and, despite a student-sized budget, would like to explore more of Asia.
Interests
My hobbies include caring for an African Grey parrot named Keira (whom I miss dearly), caring for plants, playing video games, and most importantly cultural exchange with people from around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was runner up for International President of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society in 2014. At that time, I gave an inspirational speech about the influence of technologies on freedom and revolutions, such as the internet on the Arab uprisings.
