About Me
Heard about couchsurfing from this girl I met at a random bar in Barcelona and I am very excited to meet amazing new people.
I'm from Philadelphia, PA and attend Temple University. I have one year left and I'm PUMPED to get out of there (even though I know I'm gonna want to go back after I graduate). I just came back from studying abroad in Barcelona over the summer and had an amazing time. Visited Amsterdam, a few cities in Morocco, Geneva and Copenhagen. Copenhagen was HANDS DOWN the coolest european city I've been to in Europe.
I'm 100% Panamanian but was born in The States. I know I put fluent up there and I am very close but I still struggle with a few grammar rules and I tend to talk slowly to fully get my point across.
There are so many places I want to visit before I die. I have a bucket list as well and I enjoy attempting to cross things off when I get the chance.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
So I can save some bills and meet cool peeps while traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books
Ohhh favorite music is such a task to list but in general I'm into Indie rock with a lot of psychedellic sounds and synths and what not. Neon Indian is a classic example but they aren't my favorite. I'm really into Mac Demarco and Unknown Mortal Orchestra at the moment though. I also like A Tribe Called Red!!! I have an interesting story about a time I was listening to their music.
Movies? Mehh I dunno. I will always keep "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" close to my heart. It gives me courage to do things that I otherwise wouldnt. "Before Sunset" series, Annie Hall.
Books? A Thousand Splendid Suns was amazing. I haven't been reading much either and I would very much like to change that!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Studied Abroad in Barcelona!!
Rode a camel in Morocco. I never thought I would find myself on one of those animals.
Teach, Learn, Share
Ight I'll put some quotes here I suppose:
"Because I don't live in either my past or my future. I'm interested in only the present. If you can concentrate always on the present, you'll be a happy man."
Paulo Coehlo - The Alchemist
"Happiness is not the absence of problems, but the ability to deal with them."
By someone I can't remember
"The time men spend in trying to impress others they could spend in doing the things by which others would be impressed."
Frank Romer
