Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I just moved to Santa Fe, NM to begin graduate school at St. John's College in August 2017. I have two months until classes start and during that time I wont really have a place to live! I'm camping, mostly at free sites around the area, sometimes out of my car, sometimes at paid sites when I really need a shower. I'm couchsurfing mainly to find cool people in the area who might also be amenable to me using his/her shower, and possibly staying a night in-doors every now and then.

Hahah. I moved to Santa Fe with absolutely no leads on a job or housing two months before school started and very little for actual cash. Starting from scratch, frequently wondering why the hell I chose this path, and knowing that if I succeed I'll be able to accomplish anything.

I really like sharing my ideas organically through conversation, and that's not to say every conversation leads to me saying something profound, in fact, it's rare, but when it happens I think it's pretty interesting for all involved.

I honestly don't have much material wise, but I'm an excellent cook and willing to do general chores, not to mention share crazy stories.
