ABOUT ME

I'm a PhD student at the University of Girona (NE Spain). I share a small flat with 2 more people in Girona (yes, where last season of GOT was filmed). I love travelling but still never have had the chance to couchsurf.

I'm a really easy going person and can easily adapt to different environments, cultures, always looking for new challenges. I'm also very friendly and open-minded, always willing to meet new people. Travelling is one of my fav things.

PHILOSOPHY

Never judge someone you don't know.
People's skin color, sexual orientation, religion... are not important. Mutual respect is.
It's OK to be realistic, but pursue your dreams and never give up.
Take always good care of your real friends, they're there no matter where you are.
Never lose your curiosity, it's what keeps us alive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling, getting to know new people and different cultures. I specially love the idea to get to know different places from local people, they can always show you the real culture.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sharing a small flat with more people. Not enough space for more, but who knows for how long.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a beginner in this brilliant world, so I don't have any experience in couchsurfing yet, although I have heard from it from friends. I would like to start my adventure as a surfer in Seattle this next month.

Interests

Travel - always saving some money for my next trip. I have an endless list of places I want to visit.

Science - I'm not a nerd, but I enjoy all kind of science stuff. Although I'm more into environmental engineering stuff.

Sports - I've practiced Taekwondo, Swimming, Waterpolo, Fitness. And also I really enjoy trekking into the nature, snorkel to discover algae and fishes (I love the sea!!!!).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - i’m into all kind of music...

Books - I had an ebook for christmas this year, so hope to read more often from now on.

Movies - not a concrete genre. I tend to get hooked on tv shows in netflix/hbo. Last series that i’ve watched are the sinner and sense8.

Teach, Learn, Share

Always teach your knowledge to whoever is interested.
Be always prepared to learn, from people, from situations, from experiences, etc.
Share as much as you have with people who need it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm not a real good cook, but neither I am a disaster. I can cook spanish and catalan meals.
