About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Fun. Discovery. Fun.
ABOUT ME
I'm a friendly, social, positive person. I've always got a smile and I love a good laugh. I'm extremely easy-going. I'm fluently bilingual in French and English, as well as a little bit of Spanish. I hold my language and my culture dear. I'm a vegetarian. I love eating and cook decently. Music is my passion. It makes up most of my plans and goals in life. I'm mostly a keyboardist, but I dabble in tenor sax, drums and vocals as well.
PHILOSOPHY
"If you can walk, you can dance. If you can talk, you can sing."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As of now, I can unfortunately only surf. I would be glad to hang out, though!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've long admired the project and am excited to start surfing!
Interests
Mostly music. It's my passion and my way of life. Otherwise, I love theatre and improv, cooking and eating, reading, dreaming and observing the beauty of nature.

Music, Movies, and Books
Very tough question.
Music:
I can find something interesting in just about anything. I find myself coming back to jazz, funk, soul and hip-hop the most, though. But really, anything. My collection is quite varied.
Movies:
I have a fine knowledge of 90's comedies. Mostly, I wish I was more of a film buff than I am. Only so much time in a day. I never fall asleep during one, though.
Books:
I love a good story. I enjoy some non-fiction, but at a certain point, I just want to be involved in a character and a plot. I love classic literature, especially French.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've seen many amazing concerts. Awestruck is definitely a good way to describe how I've felt time and time again while listening to these amazing musicians do their thing.
I'm just finishing up the Katimavik program. Six months of volunteering in two communities around Canada, living with 11 strangers who became my family. I had the chance to help others and grow in ways I could never imagine.
I travelled to Nicaragua, helping build a house for two elderly ladies in need as well as giving workshops in neighbouring schools. I had the chance to live with a billet family, get to know the way of life of nicaraguans and exchange on a very deep level.
These experiences have marked me forever. Simply remembering them tugs at my heartstrings.
Teach, Learn, Share
Mostly music, I suppose. I've also got a certain collection of random stats, facts and thoughts on most subjects.
I'll learn most anything, but these days, it's mostly DIY stuff. Knitting, cooking, bike maintenance and repurposing things are at the top of the list.
