From Chicago originally, have lived in many places, currently in Kuala Lumpur. Most recently, learned Mandarin from scratch by traveling and couchsurfing through China.

Surfing abroad and meetups so far. My living situation and travel schedule does not allow me to easily host at the moment. But I am more than happy to give back in the interim by exploring the city with you and/or just hanging out if you are here for a visit.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Driving with a couple friends through a West African capital city, in a neighborhood where the streets were nothing more than soft beach sand, I lost speed and got the car stuck in an intersection. Until a bunch of children sprang up out of nowhere and helped push the car out of the sand.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Cinematography/photography if you are interested in learning, or I can take portrait photos for you with my DSLR. Happy to share experiences or insight into any of the places I've been as well. I'm a travel hacker, language hacker, and general life hacker — plenty to share there if you are interested. Am big on personal development and coaching, and can also do a life coaching session with you. And if you are starting or running your own company or manage a team, and are stuck on something, we can chat about that too.
