ABOUT ME

[newer update - back in Los Angeles, flew one way for a change!] [update - I am now in Juan Les Pins (10 min walk from Antibes) and will be here until June, going over plans and doing a bit of writing. Let me know if you're around and would like to meet up for a drink or coffee!] I left my office job in London a year and a half ago, moved to China, and worked out an elaborate (overly optimistic) plan for poverty reduction in rural villages. So I've come to Ghana to put my money where my mouth is, and see if it works. I am staying in Tema, so if you're around, give me a shout. Would love to meet up with any travellers here...

Awesome!!! Met some really great people and can't believe I only heard of this recently. It's not so much having a place to stay as it is making friends with people who already live in a city and have a similar mindset.
