ABOUT US

We are Eric and Pauline, a multicultural couple, who decided to mix his catalan and french roots.

Eric is an easy-going guy, who like walking without shoes, and do some longboard. He's also a football addict and a beer lover. We started to brew our beer, we got some good ones and... the others. If you are lucky maybe you could try a good one :P

Pauline is a enthusiastic girl who loves the feeling of the the sun on her skin, sleeping in hammocks, the smell of toasts and and the taste of a good wine. She also likes penguins and toucans (in fact, that's the only real purpose of her travel !).

Well, as you can see, we enjoy good food, good drinks and good company!
(even if it's cliché and it looks like a Jack Johnson song !)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

You can choose your roomates, but you can't control their way of life! That's how, accidentally, 8 years ago, we entered in the CS community !

After spending a year hosting many people, we tried our first experience as guests in Luccas (Italy) at Marco's place, and it was such a great experience!
Being hosted like we know each other since a while definitely convinced us to continue this exchange!

And thanks to all those people we hosted and surfed, we keep enjoying this way of travelling! And he hope that will not change!

Intereses

Eric : All the following interests are juste after finishing to taste all the beers of the book.
So Number 2 : Save the planet and bring world peace.
Number 3 : Animation movies all kind.
Number 4 : Open a brewerie :D

Pauline : My work with child with autism takes me a lot of time but I really enjoy it, and discovering THE masterpiece who gonna help a specific child is really exciting! During my free time I like doing DIY, like jewels with natural seeds, land art,... and spending time outdoor, hiking or bike riding. I also do a bit of yoga.

The last book I've read and recommend was "Un long chemin vers la liberté" about the life of Nelson Mandela. "La vérité sur l'affaire Harry Québert" was also a great surprise!
About movies, if I had to choose the only film I could bring on an desertic island, it would be "Love Actually" (sounds cheezy , right?! ). Or "Mission Cléopâtre"... I haven't choose yet !

Algo increíble que he hecho

Eric : Once I managed to hold my breath under the water 15 seconds !

Pauline : Once I succeed not crying in front of a girl movie !The second craziest thing I've ever done was assisting to an awake brain surgery and seeing this open brain while the guy was talking to us! Then, I've also swimmed with turtles, eated tarentulas, hiked and slept in Mafate in Réunion Island...
Well... Life is full of amazing moments !!!
