I love traveling, experiencing new places, meeting awesome people, hiking, and anything to do with nature. I look for things that makes my soul happy because I just love living. I find joy in personal relationships rather than materialistic goods, so when I travel I really look for the experience rather than the touristy things (although some touristy things are a must). I am doing my Master's in Germany. I am really interested in how things work, whether it be different cultures, machinery, or anything in between. I love meeting new people, appreciating the little things and experiencing new cultures!!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I wanted to see what it was all about and hopefully/maybe meet some cool people through it. I love new experiences and new friends so it seemed like the perfect set up for me.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

- Climbed the Eiffel tower by foot...even if it was only a third of the way it was still me facing my fears because I happen to be afraid of heights.
- Hiked 16 miles in and out of the Grand Canyon on the Bright Angel Trail (Seen in my Profile Picture) in the snow, heat, and then wind/almost rain.
-Hiked 10 miles in to Havasu Falls to see the most beautiful I have ever seen to date, then 10 miles out the day after the Grand Canyon Trail
-Moved to Germany completely on my own, with only the basics of the language known at the time, after getting accept into a great internship program which was very hard but I loved learning new habits and the languages and really getting to know the country.
-Hiked through the Rocky Mountains in the middle of a snow storm

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I actually really enjoy technical/scientific conversations due to my mechanical background and the interest I have for the world around me, but I also really enjoy people's stories and finding out about their lives. There's so much you can learn from people and I think that is also one of the other beauty's about traveling.

Anything they want to know, I am a very open person and actually really enjoy people's straightforwardness. So ask me whatever you like to know and I can promise I will always answer truthfully and whole-heatedly.
