Hi!!! I’m just a Canadian kid who made her way over to Germany on a whim to do some work and travel😊 I have no real plans for the following months until I start at the University of McGill in Montreal September 2019, sooo I’ve got time to explore!!

The people you meet are what make travelling so special and memorable!! Locals always know more than anyone else about their cities so they are the best source
Also I’m pretty new to Germany (and Europe as a whole) so I am always looking to make new friends who can show me how to live like Europeans do

Interests

There are so many interesting things!! - I love food and cooking and trying new cultural dishes - Listening to music and going to music festivals in the summer is my favourite - I like writing and reading - I love art, looking at it and making it :) - Horseback riding and rugby are my sports (though I’m really not a sporty person) -My life? (a bit narcissistic to say maybe but I really am interested to see how this whole thing turns out)

Music, Movies, and Books

Very hard to narrow down!! I’m pretty much entertained by everything.
I’m trying to a well read person and get through all those books everyone casually references.
I’m often forced to acknowledge my movie consumption when I try to find something to watch with friends on Netflix and I’ve already seen everything...
Same goes for music! I think what I generally listen to would fall under the indie-alternative category but it’s kinda all over the place?? I like dancy music and model my life around Simon and Garfunkel songs
