I grew up in Hamilton, New Zealand. I met my husband, Jack in Darwin, Australia. He's from the Isle of Man.

We're always thinking about the next trip and excuses for our parents asking when we're settling down.

We work within the hospitality/service industry seasonally in New Zealand to escape the mild winters and attempt to cure this travel bug of ours!

We are honest, fun people and enjoy eating, drinking and laughing. If we're not doing that we're usually trekking in the mountains.
We're new to Couchsurfing (how'd it take this long??) and can't wait to meet new faces. We're easy to get a long with and usually super chill.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a bit like hitchhiking, isn't it? The ones that pick you up have done it before.
When we're on our travels it's epic to meet locals, stay in local spots and find out the local secrets. No hotel is gonna fulfill this!
When we're back home in NZ you'll all be welcome.

Interests

We're reasonably active people but can find ourselves doing nothing for a few days/weeks enjoying life.
Definitely not pro hikers but we'd love to think so!
