I'm British (from South East England) but am currently studying in Colorado College, CO. I love to travel, and most recently spent 4 months in West Africa on my gap year. I'm easy going, fun and love meeting new people wherever I go!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now I'm a student and living in university halls, so cannot really host, but as soon as I have my own place I'd like to host lots! Until then, it's surfing and getting to know brilliant people from all over the world :)

Interests

TRAVEL! I want to go everywhere and anywhere, but most of all right now want to explore more of the US while I am here! I love hiking, camping, anything water based, skiing, music (and festivals) like to consider myself an environmental activist, love a good book or movie, good conversation, meeting new people and generally enjoying life!

Barbara Kingsolver is a personal favourite of mine - The Lacuna will literally change the way you think about writing (it did for me, anyway!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first rains after 4 months in part baking dry, part overwhelmingly humid West Africa - the most AMAZING feeling. Also taking a car from Senegal into Guinea via Kedougou - simultaneously the most terrifying, beautiful, and exciting experience of my life.
