About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm an easy going, music loving person. Always looking for new adventures and interesting people. Living most recently in Vienna for my Master's but moving to Barcelona in the fall.

PHILOSOPHY

Keep your ears, eyes, and mind open. Live by music, art, friends, family, walking, biking, cooking, baking, ridiculous adventures, and appreciating how amazing the world around us is! Former farmer who is still always looking for ways to be in the sunshine all summer/ all the time. Sunshine as a philosophy?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Its the best way to see a place. The people you meet really make the experience-It takes a special kind of person to open their home and life to someone totally new!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed in Canada, the U.S. and Europe and hosted in Toronto using the website. Ive couchsurfed with various friends, friends of friends, and friends of friends of friends in Canada, Europe and Tanzania.

Music, Movies, and Books

Very into almost every type of music, always trying to find something new while embracing the old. Always try to support the music scene in my city by getting out to shows and volunteering at local festivals.

Reading is arguably my favourite thing to do. I love reading fiction, non-fiction, magazines, newspapers, zines, and condiment containers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Three things...
WWOOFing in France. Gotta love them vegetables!

Visiting Haida Gwaii in Northern British Columbia this spring. Stunning and humbling.

Visiting the Amazon rainforest and Galapagos Islands, was both fascinating and sad because I know that what I saw was less than what they used to be, and more than what they will be.

Teach, Learn, Share

Perpetually trying to learn to play various instruments and to speak different languages. I'm always up for hanging out and cooking some good food.

Countries I’ve Visited

Colombia, Ecuador, Germany, Italy, Jordan, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria, Canada, France, Tanzania, United States
